Position: Process Worker
Location: Nuriootpa
Pay Rate: $36.93 per hour
Job Type: Full-time/ Rotational Shifts
About the Role:
Join a busy production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role involves packaging, labeling, and handling products, with opportunities to gain experience across different shifts. No prior experience is required, though production or packaging experience is a plus.
Shift Details (Rotational – One Week Each):
Day: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Afternoon: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Night: Sunday 10:00pm – 6:00am
Responsibilities:
- Assist with all aspects of wine production, including crushing, pressing, and fermentation
- Operate pumps, sorting equipment, and presses to process grapes
- Ensure all production equipment is properly set up and maintained
- Monitor quality control standards throughout the production process
- Label bottles and package finished product for distribution
- Clean and sanitize production areas to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with training new production team members
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Responsible and efficient with excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed- 15-20kgs
